We need to slow down and consciously breathe. When you find yourself feeling anxious or stressed a great exercise is to tell yourself “this is exactly where I’m supposed to be”. This simple mantra can help ease anxiety and tension right in their tracks. Follow me for more ways to breath calm and joy into your life.

Be Still ~ Listen
Research shows that being still or quiet with our thoughts for a few minutes each day can bring great health benefits. This quiet time, also known as meditation, is said to relieve anxiety, reduce stress , increase happiness and slow aging to name a few. In this stillness you are able to clear your mind and may also enjoy memories that have been tucked away. Quieting your mind is also a form of self care. Five to ten minutes a day is all it takes. Read more on my blog about how you can have more of this in your life.
